The Sheppard body armor plate carrier is designed to be a light and high-quality plate carrier for all of our available bullet proof plates. It is crafted from a water-resistant Oxford fabric and INCLUDES removable magazine pouches, storage bags and shell holders. Our ballistic plates will fit securely and will not bounce around in the front and rear pouches. The back yolk shoulder pads are excellent for weight distribution and there is an extendable Grab Drag handle for emergency exfiltration. This vest has adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable elastic weight band for a comfortable universal fit from small to 2XL.
Sheppard Body Armor Plate Carrier Features:
Guard Dog Body Armor’s Level III+ steel plates are constructed from certified steel meeting NIJ standards. Each plate is shooters cut with rounded edges. The 10”x12” plates are lined with up t0 60mil thickness of coating with a 1750 psi tensile strength for anti-spalling. It is impossible to guarantee 100% anti spalling but our plates will give you a significant advantage! Available in 10”x12” curved. Weight per plate is 8.5lbs +/- .15lbs prior to coating. Tested to exceed NIJ Level 3 standards by stopping M855 rounds at 50′ tested by the United States National Testing System.
Shipping and Processing of Orders
Orders will ship in an estimated 3-5 business days, discounting orders made on weekends, which may take 5-7 business days. Efficiency of the carrier may alter the arrival date.
A tracking number will be sent automatically to the email you have either signed up with or the email that you add during the checkout process. For the transfer of ATF items, or items requiring a 4473, the tracking number will be available to identify the package holding your item.
At the time of checkout, you will receive an order confirmation to the email you have either signed up with or the email that you add during the checkout process. The order confirmation will contain a receipt for the order you made, which will have an order number with which you can use to identify the product if you have any questions about your order.
Where do we ship?
We do not ship outside of the United States.
How do Returns and Refunds work?
Any refunds requested after the order ships will incur a 10% restocking fee. However, if your order has an issue, we will take care of the cost of shipping back to our facility. The 10% restocking fee does not extend to replacements, however, if there is no issue with your order, we will not supplement the cost of shipping.
Refunds will be paid in full if the order you placed has not shipped. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to show up in your bank statements, however, if you would like to request a store credit, that can also be arranged via email to [email protected].
