How do Returns and Refunds work?

Any refunds requested after the order ships will incur a 10% restocking fee. However, if your order has an issue, we will take care of the cost of shipping back to our facility. The 10% restocking fee does not extend to replacements, however, if there is no issue with your order, we will not supplement the cost of shipping. 

Refunds will be paid in full if the order you placed has not shipped. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to show up in your bank statements, however, if you would like to request a store credit, that can also be arranged via email to .
